The Medicare Advantage Paperless Application (MAPA) streamlines the Medicare member enrollment process for Humanas Medicare-certified agents. Securely store and transmit client enrollment information directly to Humana using the App. MAPA also allows users to take an enrollment while disconnected from the internet and upload enrollments once daily to Humana.
MAPA is compatible with 2nd generation iPads running iOS 10 and up to current iPad models. It is not compatible with iPad minis or iPhones.
Spend more time selling and less time writing by using this tool to create a smoother sales experience for your clients. MAPAs guided enrollment process also decreases pended applications and gives you more time to meet with new clients and care for existing ones with less paperwork and a simplified display.
